The MFAA mentor facilitates the mentoring program that includes:
A meeting once per month to:
- Review progress against your plans for the previous month
- Discussion of your plans for the following month
- Discussion on the mentoring modules and assessments required to be undertaken that includes practical tips
- Tools and guidance on the modules
- Debrief discussion on the outcomes of customer interviews held and loan applications lodged
Vetting of 12 settled loan applications prior to submission to lenders;
Unlimited phone and email support between 8am and 8pm EST;
General assistance with the loan related matters can include but are not limited to:

- Loan Notes
- Effective Networking
- Lifetime Customer Management
